Shipping and Shipping Costs

When you click shipping cart, you will put in your country, state and zip which will give you up to some options depending on weight and size with your cost. If you choose to ship UPS/DHL/TNT collect on your account, you can choose the "FOB CHINA " and email to us your information.

We will choose the appropriate mode of transportation according to the freight standard,DHL/UPS/FEDEX About 4-7days ,EMS about 15days

If a shipment is too heavy and needs to ship on a pallet, it will not give you any shipping options. You can choose the "FOB CHINA ",Please contact us to get a freight quote. Otherwise proceed to checkout and will contact you with freight costs or give you the option to ship collect on your account.

Returns Policy

You may return new, unused item(s) within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is based on our error (we sent incorrect or defective items), we will pay for the return shipping. Otherwise, you will be responsible for return shipping.

Once your items are received in our warehouse and checked in properly, you will receive a refund either back to your PayPal account or to your credit card. Please allow 2-3 business days once we have received your return.

 

Cancel Policy

If you need cancel the unshipped order, please contact us to confirm if the shipment has been made.
If the order is not processed, you can cancel your order, but you will need to bear the transaction fees incurred by PayPal or other payment methods.
If your order is processed, cancel will not be supported(Excluding quality issues).
